Horse Country Resort Congress & SPA

The Horse Country Resort is located in the centre of the island on Sardinia's western coast. It offers its guests the opportunity to stay in 3 different 4 star hotels immersed in the century old pine forest of Arborea, less than one hundred metres from the sea.

ROOMS
There are more than 900 beds in charming rooms that are well designed in a mix of modern and traditional Sardinian style. All the rooms are equipped with every comfort and private facilities, telephone, TV, air conditioning and a mini-bar.

RIDING CENTRE.
The Horse Country riding centre is located near the resort and covers an area of about 400 hectares. Open all year, it offers outdoor equestrian activities that are suitable for beginners as well as for more experienced riders. Thanks to Horse Country's qualified instructors you can practice, take lessons, go trekking, horseback riding or enjoy an exciting trek through the pine forest or along the beach.

SEA AND BEACH:
Horse Country has a 10 km long sandy beach facing the Oristano gulf, for nice relaxing walks. Our beach is equipped with beach chairs, shaded areas, showers, toilets and cabins, a wooden runway to the sea, canoes, windsurfs, beach volley (included in the Summer Club Card), water skiing. Excursions by boat to the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia (only during summer season, payable).

WELLNESS:
The Poseidonya Spa is specialised in thalassotherapy (sea water) and seaweed therapy. It is equipped with  modern facilities and equipment offering treatments and personalized services such as hydro massage, mud baths, massage therapy, reflexology, lymphatic drainage massage and relaxation techniques. The spa also offers all types of beauty treatments..

CONFERENCE CENTRE
The Horse Country Conference Centre combines the architectural harmony of the resort with functionality. The large size of the meeting hall, with a seating capacity of approximately 1000, allows the hosting of  all kinds of formal and informal events. The foyer of the Congress Centre has 2 large terraces that make a perfect setting for an elegant coffee break, cocktails, a light lunch and more articulate events such as outdoor exhibitions.

SPORTS    
For sport lovers, Horse Country Group offers many sporting facilities: a synthetic grass field, ideal for football, basketball, a regular tennis court,a bowls pitch, table tennis and an area immersed in the pine forest dedicated to archery.

ACTIVITIES:
During your holiday, day by day you can enjoy the activities organized by the animation staff: games, tournaments, group lessons and sports, parties and night shows in the outdoor amphitheatre. The International piano bar is also open in the winter season (New Year/Easter / Special Weekends and Events).
Mini and Junior Club:
Mini Club for  5 to 12 year old children, with games, sports and entertainments. There is a Junior Club for boys and girls over 12. Both services are included in the Club Card during the high season. The Baby Club, for 2 to 5 year old children is on request and requires an additional payment directly at the Hotel.

CLUB CARD: The club card (from 5 years up) is compulsory between 9^th June and 7^th September  2010 and costs  € 5 a day or € 30 a week.  It includes the use of the swimming pool and of the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, Entertainment staff with group lessons of tennis and archery; Group dance classes, mini club (5-11 year olds) and junior club (12-17 year olds); Use of canoes, windsurfs and small sailing boats; In the evening, piano bar and shows in the outdoor amphitheatre.
