Suites are available as Classic and Superior, the latter renewed in 2011, furnished with designer furniture and equipped with air conditioning, telephone, safe, mini-bar, hair dryer and colour TV.
Suites “Classic” are classically furnished and equipped with mini-bar and TV, but they don't dispose of air conditioning, telephone, safe and hair dryer.

NB: When booking you can request, for special needs of children under 4 years, the free use of the kitchenette.

For children under 4 years old, Villaggio Baiaverde offers a special menu, on request and without any supplement, made up of vegetable soups, white meat or beef, steamed fish, or vegetable soup, milk, smoothies (Note: Other products for early childhood are not available).

Through the payment of a CLUB CARD (compulsory and to pay on spot, from June 2nd to September 15th , children 0-3 free), guests of Villaggio Baiaverde can access to the activities and equipments offered by the Residence such as:

Only 120 m far from the Hotel Residence Baiaverde and accessible through a private road, there's a wonderful sandy beach, partly equipped with umbrellas and sun beds and partly free.
Villaggio Baiaverde overlooks a sandy stretch of coast, interspersed with some rocks, popular among water sports lovers.

A short distance from Villaggio Baiaverde are also beautiful white sand beaches of Stintino as The Hairy, Saline and Ezzi Mannu (about 65 km away), Alghero, like Lido di San Giovanni, Maria Pia, Le Bombarde, Port Count etc. (just 70/75 km away), Castelsardo (Lu Bagnu, just 15 miles from the Village Baiaverde), Isola Rossa and Costa Paradiso (only 20 miles) and Santa Teresa di Gallura (50 km) .
