The Hotel Nicoletta is a 3 star building, situated in a splendid and quiet location, only 50 metres from the beach, in the heart of S. Maria Navarrese in the eastern coast of Sardinia in the centre of the island. It is only ten minutes away from the port and airport of Tortolì - Arbatax.

ROOMS
The hotel is modern and comfortable, opened in the summer of 2004, it has 28 rooms with ensuite bathroom, all fitted with air conditioning, a safe, a mini-bar, hair-dryer, TV and telephone.

FACILITIES
Breakfast consists in a large and assorted buffet,

furthermore the Hotel has a private underground car park and a panoramic terrace with sunbeds and a fitness area.
The Hotel has a convention with the Restaurant "Lungomare" located 100 metres away on the beautiful port of Santa Maria Navarrese. Its excellent dishes are the ideal introduction to Sardinia's flavours and aromas. Hotel guests can decide on a daily basis if they would like to reserve a table in the restaurant

AREA
Santa Maria Navarrese is part of Baunei, only a 10 minute drive from the village. In the square in front of the church (with the same name), there are the most ancient olive trees of Europe. The tourist port, recently built, is a good starting point for boat trips to the famous beaches of “Cala Goloritzè”, “Cala Mariolu”, “Cala Sisine”, etc.
The landscape offers amazing trekking and free climbing opportunities with stunning views of the sea.
