The Residenze del Porto are set in "La Caletta" (Siniscola), in front of the tourist port. It is not far from the centre of the town where you can find many shops and facilities. Many of the beautiful beaches, for example the beach of San Giovanni and La Caletta are reachable on foot.
The Residenze del Porto, newly constructed, is made up of three structures. All the apartments are comfortably furnished and equipped with TV, air conditionning and veranda or patio.

APARTMENTS
The apartments come in the following categories:
Bilo 2+2: living room with

sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, toilet.
Trilo 4+2: living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a veranda and a bathroom.

Extra costs:
- Linens and Towels: not included in the price. Optional supplement: € 20.00 per person/change (payable locally and to be requested upon reservation).
- Extra bed: € 25.00 per day

FACILITIES
The Residenze del Porto has a porter 24 hr a day , a safe at reception, newspapers in the lobby, inside parking, an outdoor veranda immersed in the luxuriant vegetation where buffet breakfast is served, a swimming pool with a sundeck, a private park, tv room, function hall, meeting rooms, and a bar. At no more than a 10 minute walk there are a variety of snack-bars, restaurants and pizzerias with conventions with the Hotel.
Facilities with a charge: fax, internet point, car, motorbike and scooter rental, diving centre, transfer to and from the airport.
